Why is an all inclusive Men’s ministry in our Church so important?

Here’s why……

1. Our Churches lack Christ centered male role models….
   
   
• 6 out of 10 men make no profession of faith in Christ.
  
  
2. Our men in the Church are isolated….
   
   
• 1 in 18 men are involved in discipleship.
  
  
3. Our young men have no role models….
   
   
• 40% of children will go to bed tonight without a biological father in their home.
  
  
4. Our marriages are crumbling as fast as non- Christians…..
   
   
• 4 in 10 marriages end in divorce.
  
  
5. Our men in the Church are compromised….
   
   
• 8 in 10 Christian men will not find their job satisfying.
  
  
• 7 in 10 Christian men will seek out pornography.
  
  
• 6 in 10 Christian men will pay the minimum balances on their credit cards

What do men need?

• A system that is designed to change the core affections of his heart.
  
  
• It is not behavior modification but heart transformation.
  
  
• Replanting(for the right fruits) not Refruiting(for different looking fruits)
  
  
• Engaging the desire of the authentic masculine heart.
  
  
• To be met where they are at not where people want them to be.
  
  
• Authentic relationships that are rooted in encouragement.
